Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do your products ship from?

While our core design and customer support team is based in Da Nang, Vietnam, all of our products are stored and shipped directly from our partner warehouses in the United States. This ensures faster and more reliable delivery to our US customers.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $12.99 for all orders within the United States. We also offer FREE Shipping on all orders valued at $149 or more (calculated after discounts and before taxes).

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days (via carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Total Expected Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to expand our shipping destinations in the near future!

Orders & Tracking

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at team@angasa.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

7. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at team@angasa.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the destination, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

9. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email our support team at team@angasa.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to our US warehouse. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

11. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at team@angasa.com within 15 days of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

12. When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
