If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. The 15-Day Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have exactly 15 days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier to request a return. Requests made after this 15-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To protect our business and ensure fairness, returns are only accepted if the products meet strictly the following conditions:
- Original Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any dirt, stains, or odors.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories securely attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase from our store is required.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care by the customer.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps to process your return:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at team@angasa.com within the 15-day window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Provide Proof (If applicable): If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please attach clear photos or videos of the issue in your email.
- Get Authorization: Once our team reviews your request, we will send you a Return Authorization alongside the specific address of our US return warehouse.
- Ship it Back: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our Vietnam headquarters without prior authorization, as it will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Store Responsibility (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item): If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product), Angasa will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item.
Note: Original shipping fees (such as the $12.99 standard shipping charge) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a “change of mind” return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
5. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
- Processing the Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 5 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at team@angasa.com.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at team@angasa.com within 12 hours of placing it. Since we strive to process orders quickly (within 2-4 business days), we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has entered the fulfillment stage. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure once the item is delivered.
